Before filing an official complaint against a broker, the applicant must first attempt to resolve the issue directly by contacting the broker. If the broker fails to respond or provide an adequate explanation within 14 days of receiving the complaint, the Commission will initiate a thorough examination of the case in accordance with all relevant regulatory standards.
