Member status in Digital Oversight Commission gives you the opportunity to benefit from the company’s support in difficult market situations, which will grant you unconditional advantages during hard periods. Furthermore, the ability to file a complaint will positively impact your reputation, as clients will know they can turn to a neutral third party if a dispute arises.

Once your application is received, the Board of Directors has 21 days to review it. Following that, you will receive a member certificate, a unique code, and the necessary data package.

Members are required to have a Complaint Contact and Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure in place. Receipt of a complaint by the broker must be accompanied by:

  • Acknowledgement of receipt.
  • Provision of compensation where possible.
  • In cases where compensation is not possible, an explanation must be provided.

If the broker does not provide compensation or a satisfactory response, the client has the opportunity to contact Digital Oversight Commission to have the matter resolved in accordance with its internal rules.

The Company’s task is to assemble a single Committee of experienced specialists who will objectively and competently resolve disputes between brokers and traders, and do so more quickly than standard regulatory bodies.
